4-Star OL Warren McClendon Picks UGA

Georgia added another offensive lineman to its commitment list Monday afternoon. 

This time Brunswick OL Warren McClendon‍ picked the Bulldogs over a host of schools, but primarily South Carolina. McClendon is considered a consensus 4-star prospect. 

“He’s probably a middle-of-the-range four-star guy for Georgia. I think he could play tackle or guard for Georgia. If this were under Mark Richt it would be a solid pick. For Kirby Smart McClendon is a middle-of-the-road commit,” Matt DeBary said of the prospect. 

This is the Bulldogs’ third commitment in as many days - adding 5-star WR Demetris Robertson on Saturday and 3-star DL Zion Logue on Sunday. Georgia now has 12 players committed in the class of 2019. The third commitment comes the day before Kirby and the Bulldogs take part in 2018 SEC Media Days.
