It was a bad day for the SEC, but a big night for the Georgia Bulldogs as they beat Vanderbilt 30-6 in Nashville.

The Bulldogs got the ball to start the game and took it down the field with ease on an 8-play 75-yard drive that ended with a Fromm touchdown pass to Demetris Robertson.  Georgia ran all over Vanderbilt on that opening drive with some tough runs by Brian Herrien and D’Andre Swift. Left tackle Andrew Thomas made multiple key blocks on the opening drive.

The Bulldogs were stout on defense during Vanderbilt’s first drive, giving up one just one first down before freshman Nolan Smith came up with a big stop on 3rd and 5 to force a punt.
