Report: Former 5-star LB Brenton Cox No Longer with UGA

ATHENS - Georgia outside lineman Brenton Cox is no longer with the Bulldogs. 

The former 5-star linebacker was seen at practice on Saturday working with his position unit, but insiders said over the weekend that his status with the team seemed to be in flux. 

UGASports reported the news on Monday. UGA has not had an official comment on the matter, but an announcement from the school is expected sometime soon. 

The Bulldogs practice Monday afternoon. Kirby Smart is not scheduled to meet with the media Monday.
