Lindberg has visited Georgia multiple times this year including an unofficial visit in March and an official visit on May 31st.

While many believed the Longhorns would be tough to beat, Sam Pittman worked his magic once again to land one of his top targets.

The Bulldogs lost a commitment from guard Akinola Ogunbiyi‍ this summer and missed out on four-star Andrew Raym‍ who committed to the in-state Sooners over Georgia. For Pittman and the Georgia staff, the commitment from Lindberg could not have come at a better time.

Lindberg becomes Georgia’s 15th commitment in the 2020 class and the 4th offensive line commitment.

The 6-foot-7 327-pounder out of Clear Creek (TX) is ranked as the number-14 offensive tackle prospect, the number-19 player in Texas, and the number-133 player in the 2020 class.
