Pylon 7-on-7 Tournament News and Notes

It was an extremely hot day in Atlanta this past Sunday for the Pylon 7-on-7 national championship from Woodward Academy.

Dawg Post was able to see some of the nation’s top playmakers including Georgia cornerback commit Jalen Kimber‍. The speedy 4.4 cornerback was excellent throughout the tournament at his nickel spot, not giving up a single catch when Dawg Post was watching. He was playing in mostly zone coverage, and there weren’t a ton of passes thrown his way at all.
