Tom Crean Gets Grad Transfer Guard Donnell Gresham

ATHENS - Northeastern guard Donnell Gresham will play his final season of basketball at Georgia. 

He announced his decision on social media Wednesday. 

“I have committed to the University of Georgia to play my last year of college basketball and earn a Master's Degree,” he said in a post that included a picture of him with Tom Crean. 

Gresham ended his career at Northeastern last season by averaging 9.7 points per game, a 3-to-1 assist-to-turnover ratio, 4.9 rebounds per game on nearly 34 minutes of playing per game. Northeastern lost to Kansas in the first round of the NCAA Tournament in March. In that game Gresham played 34 minutes, eight rebounds, seven points and an assist.
