What We Are Hearing: The Momentum After Anthony Edwards

The commitment of 5-star Anthony Edwards‍ to UGA last Monday was a move insiders hope will be the sea change for a program that has seen more downs than ups this century. 

Some time in mid January I was told that UGA had jumped to the front, and they were the favorite to sign Edwards. Florida State, which had led for much of the time Edwards had been recruited, had fallen behind. Tom Crean was about to get his No. 1 recruit.
