Recruiting/Visitor Notes***
As I wrote yesterday, Georgia will have a few visitors this weekend including five-star linebacker Mekhail Sherman, Darnell Washington, Terrence Ferguson, Mike Wyman, and Justin Robinson. Here are a few more notes:Five-star TE Arik Gilbert has a 7-on-7 tournament this weekend but will try to make a visit to Tennessee when he can.Four-star RB Tank Bigsby is currently visiting Alabama and will visit Tennessee tomorrow.Four-star WR Jermaine Burton told Dawg Post that he will "probably" visit Miami this weekend.Four-star CB Javier Morton told me he "might" visit Auburn this weekend. Currently committed to Alabama.Four-star LB Phillip Webb is a Georgia target and he will visit Auburn. Tigers appear to be the team to beat.Four-star RB Sam Adams told Dawg Post he will be at Oklahoma next week. Recently visited Georgia. 2021 RB Cody Bown 2021 TE Cane Berrong are both visiting Auburn this weekend. Two of the state's top prospects in the 2021 class and both hold Georgia offers.Four-star WR Michael Redding will also be at Auburn this weekend. One of the top-ranked receivers in Florida and holds a Georgia offer.Four-star OLB BJ Ojulari has no visit plans this upcoming weekend, but will visit Auburn the following weekend.Four-star DL Jacolbe Cowan told Dawg Post he's visiting Tennessee this weekend. Cowan is a big-time defensive lineman who holds a Georgia offer. Sources say Georgia sits in his top group. Four-star Jay Hardy will also be visiting Tennessee this weekend.Four-star ATH Jaheim Bell is visiting Tennessee this weekend. Has seen his recruitment really take off the last few weeks.

National Average Rating

The National Average Rating is a proprietary formula that calculates an industry-wide aggregate rating for each recruiting prospect. The formula includes publicly listed grades, scores, ratings and rankings by national recruiting services, along with a Dawg Post rating. Combining the data provides a rating for each prospect, which is then normalized to fit the Dawg Post Rating 100-point scale.

The intent of this rating is to provide Dawg Post readers with a comprehensive snapshot of how individual prospects rank nationally.

Staff Predictions

The predictions represent which school each staff member believes will ultimately sign the recruit, and the confidence meter represents his level of certainty in that outcome.

Example #1

If the predicted school is Georgia and confidence is set to “High”, then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Georgia and I feel very certain about that.”

Example #2

If the predicted school is “Alabama” and confidence is set to “Low,” then the staff member is saying “I believe that this recruit will ultimately sign with Alabama, but I’m not very certain about that.”
