Today was sloppy on both ends and I think UGA needed that for the team and coaches. NC A&T has very good size and they were athletic. Our players struggled a lot but you could see them fighting hard. We will see that with almost every team in the SEC. We had more turnovers in this game than any other so far. Dani had to work hard to get looks and you could see her getting better as the game went along. Trinity was making to many fouls, but it showed that the point guard position has depth. Enjulina didn't have a good day but Aubrey Beckham is coming along nicely. She handled the press and got more and more comfortable the whole game. She is starting to look like Aubrey who led Hebron to back to back state Championships. Rylie hit 5 threes. Zhen Craft is playing at a very good level. I think Coach Abe will have a couple of tough practices before traveling to Virginia to play this weekend. Let's hope the team will play with more tempo and aggression this weekend.
Dani had 20 points, 10 rebounds and 6 assists. Rylie 17, Zhen with 9 points and 9 rebounds, Mia and Trinity 8 apiece and Savannah with 7. It is great to see the entire team contributing. We have 3 more games to improve before the SEC.

It was fun being there today. The kids went absolutely nuts when Dani hit a three pointer to make it "67". I love our depth. When someone is not playing their best, it doesn't matter. We simply put someone else in and we keep rolling. The team we played today played very good defense. It was a great practice for us moving forward.
