Folks, Finley and her team River Ridge played Holy Innocent yesterday and she is the real deal Folks. If UGA had her now, we would finish in the top 4 of the SEC. UGA has to sign this young lady. With some of the players we are recruiting and have in the program, we could be headed back to the elite. Folks, she has a jump shot that will make some of the WNBA players jealous. She is the total package, jump shot, excellent ball handler and she can defend. I see why Coach Abe is all over her and I would not let up. I mean she is listed at 6'3", but I think she is 6'4". The scary part in this, she will have offers from every school in the nation trying to sign her. River Ridge is ranked 24th in the nation by Maxpreps and it is mainly due to her. They are 19 and one with the win over Holy Innocent. Hailee Swain must be injured because she didn't play. River Ridge won 74 to 60. Finley was in the upper 20s. She shoots the three with accuracy, she can put it on the floor and get to the rim and she can post up with the best of them. I am going to say it now, she is the best in Georgia since Maya Moore. Believe me.

Finley scored 29 points in the 74 to 60 win over Holy Innocent and she took home the MVP for that Martin Luther King day tournament. She is already considered the best shooter in the 27 class. I think she might be the best shooter in all classes. We have to sign this young Lady.

I checked into Finley X account just to see who she likes as a fan and I think it is UGA. I saw several pictures of which she has taken at UGA games of the past. She took a photo with Sarah Ashlee Barker when she was playing for UGA. And there were other UGA games she attended as well. I don't want to jinx us, but I think Finley might be ours to lose. I am praying for an early commitment to UGA.
Finley and River Ridge won their region last night 62 to 38 over Creekview. They are now 26 and 1 headed to the state playoffs.

Finley and River Ridge won last night against Morrow High School 74 to 61. River Ridge was led by Kayla Cleaveland with 23 points and Finley had 18. River Ridge is now 28 and 1. They will play Tuesday evening in the Elite Eight against New Manchester. This is interesting because New Manchester was Jocelyn Faison school last season. Jocelyn is playing for Langston Hughes and they are playing also in class 5A. River Ridge and Langston Hughes have been on a collision course all season.
