The Wildcats lost 62-59 to Louisville today.

Kentucky was supposed to open its conference schedule vs. South Carolina on Tuesday, but that game was postponed due to a COVID-19 issue w/ the Gamecocks' program.

Instead the Wildcats will open their season on the road at Mississippi State (5-3) on 2 January.

I get the schadenfreud here. But keep in mind four of those losses are to Kansas, NC, Louisville, and Notre Dame by an aggregate of about 16 points.
