Former UGA Men's Basketball Assistant Coach (2009-'18) most recently served as an assistant coach at Mercer (was hired on 28 August 2018).

Pearson and family continue to live in Athens. Their son Will is a rising senior who was Co-Region Pitcher of the Year at North Oconee this season. The Pearson's also hosted NO player Dom Hughes for his senior season this school year after Dom's father (Pete) was named Kansas State's Head Baseball Coach in 2018.

Class guy who's turned down higher paying jobs elsewhere to stay within commuting distance of Athens for the sake of family. Wish him the best and hope Will has a great senior year at North Oconee!!
