Dawg Post is counting down the Top 50 UGA players of all time through the summer. Keep checking back eat weekday to see who we have next…

No. 26 - Terrence Edwards, WR from Tennille

Terrence Edwards still appears 21 times in the record books at UGA. That includes leading the program in yards gained per season (1,004 - 2002), most pass receptions in a career (204), most touchdowns in a game (3 vs. Kentucky in 2002) and yards gained in a career (3,093).

Edwards played a big role in two coaching tenures at Georgia - transitioning from Jim Donnan to Mark Richt. He exploded on the scene as SEC All-Freshman in 1999, and capped his career by winning the SEC in 2002. He was named the Most Valuable Player in for the 2000 O’ahu Bowl - Donnan’s final game of his career.

Edwards’ career is as overlooked as any Dawg near the top of this list of all-time greats.
