Flats fishing always intrigued. The fellas and I ate fishing before and after the cocktail party near Jacksonville. Need to see about fly fishing for next year

Use to fish Florida bay back in the late 70 early 80 before Paul Prudhomme blackened a redfish. There were millions of them. I would catch 50 fish a day. Then the trawlers from Louisiana showed up netted them night and day. Now redfish seasons, limits on catches , size limits, Goverment regulation, all because of a damn fish recipe. They are a very good eating fish. Good luck and tight lines.
